Your privacy

This page explains, plainly, what happens to the information you share through this website.

What this site collects

When you send an enquiry, you decide what to tell Jonathan: your name and email, and, if you choose, a phone number, which service your enquiry is about, and a message. Nothing more is asked for, and the site does not track you for advertising.

How your enquiry is used

Your enquiry has one purpose: so Jonathan can read it and reply to you. It is stored securely for that purpose and is never sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing. A hidden anti-spam check helps keep automated junk out. To deliver and manage your enquiry, it may be handled by the secure service that runs this website's contact form on Jonathan's behalf.

Counselling enquiries are treated with particular care and in confidence, in keeping with Jonathan's professional obligations as an accredited mental health social worker.

Keeping and removing your information

Your enquiry is kept only as long as it is needed to respond to you and keep a reasonable record of the conversation. You can ask Jonathan to see what he holds about you, or to delete it, at any time.

Getting in touch about privacy
